Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern services provided by Premium Prowash LLC. By requesting service, booking an appointment, approving an estimate, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and any signed estimate, work order, or service agreement, the signed document controls.

2. Services
Premium Prowash provides exterior cleaning services which may include pressure washing, soft washing, roof washing, gutter cleaning, concrete cleaning, and related services. The exact scope, pricing, and timeline are defined in the approved estimate or work order.

3. Estimates and approvals
Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Work begins after you approve the estimate or work order through Jobber, email, or text.
Changes to scope after approval may affect price and timeline. We will communicate changes and obtain approval when required.

4. Scheduling, access, and cancellations
Appointments depend on availability, weather, and job readiness.
You agree to provide safe access to the work area. Gates unlocked. Pets secured.
Cancellations or reschedules should be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a 50 dollar cancellation fee.

5. Weather and job conditions
Exterior work depends on safe conditions. Rain, lightning, freezing temperatures, high winds, or other unsafe conditions may require rescheduling.
If conditions at the property prevent safe work or proper results, we may pause or reschedule.

6. Water, power, and site conditions
You agree to provide access to a working exterior water supply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If power is required for the service, you agree to provide access to a working electrical outlet.
We are not responsible for delays or incomplete work caused by lack of water, power, or unsafe site conditions.

7. Results and surface conditions
Cleaning results vary based on material, age, staining, oxidation, biological growth, and prior coatings or treatments.
Some stains may not fully remove without additional treatments which may have an additional cost.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or underlying issues, including loose paint, failing sealant, cracked or spalling concrete, rotten wood, damaged siding, improperly installed materials, or water infiltration due to existing defects.
We do not guarantee removal of artillery fungus.

8. Windows and spotting
Window cleaning is not included unless listed on the estimate.
Windows may become water spotted as a result of services. Premium Prowash is not liable for water intrusion or fogging on multi pane windows.

9. Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact and service location information.
You agree to keep children, pets, and others away from the work area during service. Children and pets must stay off treated surfaces for 24 hours after completion.
You agree to move or secure fragile items, vehicles, grills, furniture, and valuables from work areas as requested.
You agree to notify Premium Prowash of surfaces that cannot have detergent prior to service.

10. Photos and documentation
We may take before and after photos for quality control, training, and marketing.
If you do not want your property photos used for marketing, notify us in writing at kcarter@premiumprowash.com before work begins.

11. Payment terms
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated on the invoice.
We accept check, cash, credit card, and Zelle.
A 3.0 percent processing fee applies to credit card payments.
Zelle payments must be sent to Premium Prowash LLC at (317) 389-0098. Payment is not considered received until confirmed.
A 50 dollar processing fee applies to returned checks.
Late payments may be subject to fees, interest, and collection costs as allowed by law.

12. Corrections and final acceptance
If you have a concern about workmanship, contact us within 3 days of completion so we can review and, when appropriate, correct the issue. After 3 days, work is considered accepted and final.

13. Warranty and limitation of liability
All warranties are limited to those offered by the manufacturers of products used. Premium Prowash makes no additional warranties unless stated in writing on the estimate or invoice.
To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.

14. Collections and non payment
The customer agrees to cover reasonable collection costs incurred by Premium Prowash for overdue balances, as permitted by law.
Premium Prowash reserves the right to pursue all lawful remedies for non payment, including collections and filing a mechanic’s lien where permitted.

15. Two way text messaging terms
We use text messaging to communicate about scheduling, appointments, service updates, estimates, invoices, and customer support. Promotional messages may be sent only if you opt in.

Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Typical customers receive between 1 and 6 messages per month, but frequency may be higher around active jobs, scheduling changes, or support requests.

Opt out
To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP. After you send STOP, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt back in. You may receive one final message confirming your opt out.

17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts in Indiana, unless otherwise required by law.

18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
